At Irotama Resort we are pleased to welcome all of our guests, friends and visitors. Therefore, we have developed several biosafety protocols in the different areas of the Hotel, starting with the permanent cleaning of our vehicles and all of those who entered the hotel, luggage cleaning, daily disinfection of the rooms, elevators, areas with greater contact, and in general many other measures for the tranquility and security of all.
Likewise, we have implemented new technologies so that our guests can check in and check out through our platform, avoiding more contact. In addition, QR codes to check the menus available with our exquisite cuisine. We also organize better and safe access to the beach, and the distribution of the space in it, In the same way we did the same thing in our pools, among other measures, to avoid any risk, with the goal of taking care of all of you.
It is possible that at the beginning of this “new normality”, and for security reasons and government regulations, not all areas of the Resort are enabled yet (such as some of all our restaurants or bars and the spa, among others), but we are working on it, and will soon include more of our services.
Finally, there is the unique natural conditions of our Resort. An open place, surrounded by nature with open air paths, terraces, kiosks, restaurants and bars completely open where the fresh breeze that comes from the “Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta” and our beautiful Caribbean Sea are unique.
